Your documents stay on this device
ClientFlow stores draft documents, clients, and projects in your browser's local storage for this website. It doesn't upload the document contents to a ClientFlow database, and it doesn't automatically sync documents between devices or domains.
Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to access saved data. Data is not end-to-end encrypted by ClientFlow. Don't enter sensitive personal or financial details.
Backups and data loss
Clearing site data, using private browsing, switching devices or browsers, or switching pages.dev addresses can remove or separate your saved workspace. Use Back up everything on the dashboard regularly, and keep the downloaded JSON file somewhere safe.
You control imported and exported files. The app does not currently store a cloud backup or recover files you lose.
Cloudflare hosts this public website and may process routine network information such as IP addresses and request logs under its own policies. The ClientFlow prototype does not intentionally embed analytics, advertising trackers, or a third-party payment processor.
Feedback you type into ClientFlow is not sent to our servers. The Copy, Download, and Share options give you control over whether and where it goes. If you share it through another app, that app's privacy practices apply.
No payments or accounts yet
ClientFlow doesn't have user accounts, subscription billing, online payment collection, or real-time customer support. This is pre-release software; verify any totals and legally required invoice information before relying on a document.
Questions and updates
The beta owner hasn't configured an external support inbox. Use the feedback report tools to prepare notes for sharing. This page will need updating before enabling hosted feedback collection, analytics, user accounts, or payments.
